For roof  inspections, we use more than just binoculars and ladders. we use a Wi-Fi enabled camera mounted on a custom made telescopic pole. You can see what the inspector sees.  We can get a full visual of the condition of the roof and we do it safely.  As the client, you will have a more complete picture of the roof's condition.

When inspecting the interior of a home, non-invasive instruments and tools are used to find defects. Additionally, Thermal Imaging is available to detect areas in the home where heat may be lost, potential water leaks and areas of the home where there  may be insufficient insulation, such as ceilings, windows, doors, exterior walls and attic spaces.

We inspect a home starting with the exterior and finishing with the interior.  Upon completion of the inspection, you will receive a detailed report that outlines all defects found and the resulting recommendations.  The report also contains illustrations of typical components that you will find in a home and tips for seasonal home maintenance from InterNACHI.  With a detailed report, you will have a better understanding of the overall condition of the property in order to make an informed purchase decision.
